Accessibility

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard so more people can use Money Worked Out.

How we check

We use automated layout checks at widths of 375 and 1440 pixels and keyboard tests on calculators. A review on 25 October 2026 also ran axe accessibility checks on a sample of pages. We check that inputs have labels, errors appear beside the field and results can be read without colour alone.

Known limits

Automated checks cannot find every problem. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or tested every page with screen readers. Some wide tables need horizontal scrolling. Result areas keep space for the answer to reduce page movement, including while inputs need correction.

We are working towards WCAG 2.2 AA. We do not claim that every page meets every requirement.
